Know when the dog food runs out before the dog does

Pet Supplies is a built-in category in SeePantry, so kibble, wet food, treats, litter and flea treatments live in the same inventory as your groceries. Because it learns how quickly you get through a bag, it can tell you roughly how many days you have left rather than waiting for you to notice an empty container.

Days remaining, not just in stock or not

Predicted Soon uses your own purchase history to work out how fast you get through something and shows how many days are left, with one tap to add it to your shopping list. For anything you buy on a rhythm, like a monthly bag of food, this is more useful than a binary stock level.

Bags, boxes and multipacks counted properly

A multipack of pouches is tracked as pouches, not as one item, so a half-used box reads as the number actually left. Set a low-stock threshold in those same units and get told when you fall below it.

Shared with whoever else feeds them

On the Family plan the whole household sees the same inventory in real time, so whoever notices the food is low can add it to the shared list and nobody buys a third bag.

Common questions

Is there an app to track pet food supplies?
SeePantry has a built-in Pet Supplies category covering food, treats, litter and treatments, with restock predictions based on how quickly you actually get through them.
Can it tell me when I am about to run out of dog food?
Yes. Once it has seen a couple of purchase cycles, Predicted Soon shows roughly how many days of supply you have left and offers a one-tap add to your shopping list.
Does pet food count against a free item limit?
The free plan covers up to 200 items in total across every category. Barcode scanning, which is the fastest way to add pet food, is unlimited and free on every plan.
